Lease Administrator

Albertsons LLC - Boise, Idaho

• Enters leases, amendments and other documents into lease administration database and other systems as required
• Make revisions to information as necessary based on updated lease documentation
• Monitor and manage all dates and deadlines, including but not limited to contingency deadlines, lease commencement and expiration dates, rent commencement dates, option deadlines, etc.
• Coordinates with Legal, Real Estate, Accounting, etc. on various lease issues
• Work with accounting department to ensure that all payments of rent and operating expenses, including property taxes, are in compliance with lease terms
• Monitor, prepare and distribute all real estate Key Date reports
• Calculating and maintaining critical dates, financial elements, lease clauses, contacts, and document management within MRI and other systems as required
• Ensuring compliance with all financial and legal obligations prescribed under the lease and in accordance with SOX requirements
• Creating standard and ad-hoc reports
• Work on miscellaneous projects as needed

• Experience in any of the following fields: Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Legal/Paralegal
• Ability to understand, interpret, and abstract complex real estate lease
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Lease Administration Software (preferably MRI)
• Demonstrate a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where coordinating with multiple departments is critical
• High level of professionalism, trust, and integrity with an internal customer-service focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• BA or BS preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high volume lease administration department desired but not required
